Lum’Alay Festival in Tampakan

Lum'Alay Festival TampakanThis is a commemoration of the municipality of Tampakan’s Foundation Anniversary. This festival is a celebration of good harvest of lubi (coconut), mais (corn) and palay (rice) which falls every 3rd Friday of January. The activities include street dancing, a culinary arts competition and ball games among others.

Mount MatutumThe Mount Matutum Protected Landscape is bounded on the North by Kiblawan and Malalag, Davao del Sur; on the South by General Santos City; on the East by Malungon, Sarangani and on the West by Banga, Koronadal and T’boli, South Cotabato.
