In the mornings, the peak transit hours occur between 6:30am until 9:30am. During these three hours, most commuters in Manila are going to work or school, and the trains are usually full; It becomes a challenge to enter a fully loaded MRT train, squeeze inside, and exit the car. At times, even the lines to the ticketing window are long and the terminal is crowded. After 9:30am, it doesn’t get as congested until seven hours later, around 4:30pm. At this time, it becomes the afternoon/evening rush hours (peak hours) for the Metro Rail Transit, with passengers getting off of work or school and communting home. The station is located adjacent to the Trinoma Mall in Quezon City. Also within walking steps to the station is a Sogo Hotel, and a taxi waiting area is outside the hotel on EDSA Avenue.
