The Cauayan Airport is located in Cauayan City, Isabela Province. This airport is one of three commercial airports in Isabela, the other being Palanan Airport in the town of Palanan and Maconacon Airport in the town of Maconacon. Between 1999 and 2008, the airport hosted no commercial flights, but in August of 2008, the Cauayan Airport reopened to commercial air traffic. The airport is located in Barangay San Fermin. It is considered a minor commercial domestic airport by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines. Only Cebu Pacific, the main budget air carrier in the country, has flights from Manila to Cauayan Airport. The airline has flights three times a week. Sky Pasada has flights to Baguio, Maconacon and Palanan.
